Youpik Office — Bangkok Office
An Office That Works the Way Its People Do
Bangkok, Thailand
Conceived and designed independently by Zuzana Fontaine

The Story Behind the Design
A workplace doesn’t have to offer only one way to work.
The Story
Youpik was a young start-up in Bangkok looking for an office that reflected the energy and identity of the company while offering more than a conventional desk-based workplace.
The brief was to create an environment where people could work efficiently, but also move throughout the day, meet informally, take a break or simply work somewhere different.
The Vision
The concept was based around creating different ways of using the office. Alongside the main workstations, a more relaxed café-style area offered an alternative place for working, informal meetings or spending time with colleagues away from the desk.
The company’s colours became part of the interior identity, appearing as bold accents throughout an otherwise simple and functional workspace. Additional breakout and green areas were introduced to give employees places to pause, recharge and connect during the working day.
The Outcome
The result was a flexible workplace with its own character — professional where it needed to be, but informal and energetic where it could be.
Rather than treating the office as a collection of desks, the design created a variety of spaces that supported different moments of the working day, from focused work to collaboration and relaxation.
