Home Wellbeing
A home that supports the way you live
A beautiful home is only the beginning. How it makes us feel matters just as much.

I believe a well-designed interior should not only look beautiful and function well, but also support the people who live in it.
What we need from our homes, however, is deeply personal. We have different habits, rhythms and ways of responding to light, colour, materials and the spaces around us. A place that helps us focus and feel energised needs something different from a space designed for rest and calm. That is why I don’t believe in a single formula for a healthy, harmonious home.
My work explores how light, materials, colour, spatial arrangement and the things we choose to surround ourselves with influence our everyday lives. Thoughtfully brought together, they can create homes that are not only beautiful, but naturally respond to the way we live and what we need from each space.
How does your home really feel to you?
As part of my ongoing exploration of wellbeing in interior design, I want to better understand what people truly need from their homes and what influences their everyday sense of wellbeing.
I’ve created a short anonymous questionnaire. It takes only a few minutes and may also encourage you to look at your own home from a different perspective — to notice what works for you, what supports you and what might be ready for change.
There are no right or wrong answers. I’m interested in your own experience.
