Casa Rio Guadiana — Contemporary Family Villa

A complete transformation of an older house in Boadilla del Monte, developed for sale. FL-ARE designed and led the renovation and extension, creating a spacious contemporary home with a large pool and generous outdoor living areas.

I collaborated with FL-ARE on the furnishing and styling, with the aim of creating an interior that would complement the architecture while appealing to a broad range of potential buyers.

The interior was designed to feel contemporary, elegant and intentionally neutral. A restrained palette, natural materials and modern furniture create a cohesive backdrop without imposing a very specific style or colour scheme.

The idea was to give the house a strong, finished identity while leaving enough space for its future owners to make it their own – adding colour, art and personal pieces over time.

A sophisticated yet adaptable interior that brings the architecture to life and helps potential buyers imagine both the home as it is and how it could become their own.
